Finding the Right Property

Please go through our listed properties.  You can either do so by manual search through the list or by using the Advanced Search Option.  

We tend to keep all our properties up to date.  The majority of the properties are directly owned by us, in case you don’t find what fits your need, please contact us or browse “Contact an Agent”.

Contact an Agent

After finding your need, please contact any of our agents by phone, whatsapp or email.  Each agent is able to show you all available properties of interest.

In case you don’t find your suitable option between what is listed, please contact us and tell us what are your requirements, our database has properties’ details all over Kuwait.

Transport

We offer transportation services with prior arrangements. It includes but not limited to:

  • Airport pick up and drop
  • Properties viewing
  • Country tour

Lease Term

  • Usual long term lease duration in Kuwait is 12 months.
  • Agreements below 12 months are considered ‘short term’.
  • Short term rates (Daily – Semi-Quarterly-Monthly Lease) are considerably higher than the long-term rates.

Required Documents

In order to finalize a lease contract agreement, the following documents will be required:

  • Individuals – a valid passport, visa and civil ID copies. Some other documents may be required based on the agreement’s conditions.
  • Corporate / Companies –company license/ownership, signature authority document and civil id copy of the lease signatory on behalf of the company.

Costs

  • Refundable security deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rent, unless different agreements are on place.
  • Rent is always payable up front for the chosen payment cycle (monthly/quarterly, yearly etc…)
  • Extra services than what are listed under each property, will have their own fees.
